Ohio Intermediate Care Facilities (like Flat Rock) are in a workforce crisis and NOW is the time to make your voice heard!
Direct Service Providers (DSP) are vital front-line caregivers to our individuals at Flat Rock and within all ICFs. But due to the low reimbursement provided for DSP wages, it is increasingly difficult to attract and keep these crucial workers.
It is time for the State of Ohio to increase this wage rate and pay its fair share. And your help is needed!

Before March 15th, we ask that you reach out to your local legislatures and ask that they support a significant increase in the 2023 ICF budget line.
