Meet Allan

Allan lived with his mother for years before beginning his journey toward self-sufficiency when he took a brave step to move into one of Flat Rock's Community Services homes. This was not a small step but a leap toward independence and growth. 

As Allan settled into his new life, he found inspiration in a volunteer group working on campus, sparking his interest in maintenance work. Seizing the opportunity, Allan joined our Maintenance Team part-time. His dedication and work ethic quickly made a lasting impression, and now, Allan is being considered for a full-time position.
