We are in need of 15 at-home, automatic blood pressure monitors for our residents in our community homes.

Many of our individuals in our community homes take medications which require staff to monitor their blood pressure at times. Automatic, at-home blood pressure monitors cost approximately $75 each. We are in need one at-home blood pressure monitor for each of the 15 community homes to which we provide services.

Would you consider sponsoring us by donating $75 for one of these at-home blood pressure monitors?

These blood pressure monitors would allow our staff to provide the highest level of care to our residents. Key features of these automatic, at-home blood pressure monitors include a cuff to be placed around the upper arm, a digital screen for clear readings, and easy one touch operation. These features would enable our staff to get the most accurate blood pressure reading for our residents keeping them healthier and happier.
