We are looking for positive-minded leaders with attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and creativity! Thinking outside the box in collaboration with the team in a fun atmosphere is the spirit of our Supportive Living program at Flat Rock Community Services! A "can-do" attitude is very contagious!
The coordinator provides oversight for a number of supportive living waiver home locations which are currently located in cities across the counties of Seneca, Lorain, Erie, & Sandusky. Travel includes but is not limited to these counties so travel will be required within the job. Mileage reimbursement is provided. You will be using your own vehicle so having a road-safe vehicle is a requirement for this position as well as auto insurance, an acceptable driving record, and a valid Ohio Driver's License.
Site visits and quality assurance reviews are performed in accordance with the company mission statement, policies, and procedures. This is an exempt position under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Administrator and CEO.
