Introducing: The Seybert Center!

After making the difficult decision to close their doors in June of 2024, Seybert United Methodist Church made the incredible gift of their building and property to Flat Rock.

This building will be an incredible place for Flat Rock Community Services to expand its day program services. It will be quite the journey, but with your help, we can do it!

Continue celebrating the incredible gift of the old Seybert United Methodist Church building with us! This GivingTuesday, we're expanding our fundraising efforts for updates and upgrades to this new (to us) building.

Everything from chairs and paint to air conditioning and outdoor areas. We're excited to grow our Adult Day Support Programs and more through this new center.

Re-Introducing: Flat Rock Origins

With the expansion of our day program, we're freshening up some old names and giving names to locations that didn't have one. One of those is Flat Rock Origins.

Located on Flat Rock's main campus, Origins is a quieter program designed for individuals who are still integrating into their community and exploring the world.

Origins is just the beginning of their adventure.

Re-Introducing: Flat Rock Frontiers

Formerly Flat Rock Adult Advantages, this established program is for people who are ready to explore their community and build more life skills.

New Frontiers lie in front of them every day.

Introducing Flat Rock Journeys!

Flat Rock Journeys, based in The Seybert Center, will be for individuals who are ready to enter the community and live more independently. Journeys will act as a hub with fun activities and skill-building tools and as a launch point for more community integration.
