Respite Care
Caring for a family member with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a labor of love and a great Christian act.
However, your job as a caregiver is also demanding and tiring. There are times when you just a need a break. A respite care waiver offers support on a short-term basis for several days or up to 90 days for the person or family who provides that care. Institutional Respite means that care is provided in our Medicaid-Certified Intermediate Care Facility. Flat Rock Care Center has two respite beds available to serve one male and one female individual, whose needs can be met in our environment. Your loved one will receive special care and attention at our state-of-the-art facility.
